Phil was founder and Managing Director of Ledge Finance Limited and led the company from 1979 through to selling the business 2020. The Ledge business Phil built retains regard as the leading independent finance service in Western Australia.
Phil is currently serving Non Executive Director and Chairman roles for a select number of large private companies covering Steel, Civil, Infrastructure Solutions and Mining Services. Outside of directorships, Phil provides consulting and mentoring services to business owners in a range of industries including the food industry, property development, equities and investments, mining services and equipment hire.

Peter has over 30 years of professional financial and business experience either in public practice, working in executive roles or running his own businesses.
Peter’s point of difference is in being able to both develop and implement considered strategies for businesses, including restructuring, transactional initiatives and business improvement. He is called on to assist organisations both locally and internationally with difficult of complex matters due to the ability to quickly identify, work through, and resolve key issues.
